Emma is a senior member of the Property Law Practice Group and is an Accredited Specialist in Property Law by the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV).

Emma provides highly specialised advice with a focus on conducting commercial acquisitions and dispositions, general conveyancing, off-the-plan developments and assisting foreign clients in all property transactions.

Emma has developed a practice in providing due diligence advice to large and small commercial builders about adjoining owner risk and protection works under the Building Act.  She can also assist with property advice in the context of a family breakdown and mortgage realisation.

She is also well versed in Owners Corporation matters.  She is involved in the establishment of an Owners Corporation lot owner advocacy group which will be unique in Victoria.
